The place you choose for your wedding is one of the most important choices of the wedding. The format, decoration and the first impression the guests get will depend on it. So your choice will largely determine the beauty of the wedding itself. Choose it well.
Below, I would like to present you a selection of eight special venues in Andalusia, all with different styles and character. In our region there is a location for every type of couple and all of them are admirably beautiful.
The Palace House Villa Luisa is situated in the heart of the Andalusian capital. It is defined by its green gardens, its glass pavilion and the wonderful neo-Mudejar rooms, so typical of the city.
The gardens are perfect for weddings full of magic. A place that will not leave you unconcerned.
Hacienda Nadales is located in the north of Malaga and has easy access via public transport. It stands out for its architecture, a small 18th century classical Italian style palace with an H-shaped floor plan, the San Rafael and San Camilo buildings, old mills and warehouses. Outside, the historical garden from the 18th century has a subtropical and tropical flora, and a glazed greenhouse to hold events.
In Bologna, the gaditan coast, you can find the Finca El Cañuelo. It is characterized for being in a not very frequented place, in the middle of the nature and for having magnificent views to the sea. The open space allows to set the area with big tents or to limit the zone with small structures. They also offer three spaces for the accommodation of the couple and the guests.
Near the city of Cordoba stands the Almodovar Castle, dating from 760. This perfectly conserved medieval castle is situated on top of a hill, from which you can appreciate unbeatable views of the village and the countryside. It has various interior and exterior areas for the celebration of events, with a capacity of up to 400 guests. They also offer three spaces for the accommodation of the newlyweds and the guests.
The Convento de la Luz is a monument declared of Cultural Interest located only 20 minutes away from the city of Huelva. Dated between the 15th and 17th centuries, it is in the Gothic-Mudejar style and offers both outdoor spaces and halls to accommodate up to 250 guests.
Sitting in its garden you will enjoy the Alhambra, as it is a unique environment under the protection of the Generalife gardens in the Alhambra and located between the Albaicin and Sacromonte quarters. It is a marvel for the eyes. Its origins date back to the 14th century and, six centuries later, we can still admire its original coffered ceilings and enjoy the beauty of its Nasrid gardens.
Jaén is known for its famous olive oil and its hills of Úbeda, but it also has an enviable Renaissance architecture for which it was declared a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO in 2003.
In the heart of the historic quarter one of the buildings for which it was awarded is the Palacio de los Medinilla, from the 16th century.
Famous also for its structures. They also offer three spaces for the accommodation of the newlyweds and guests.
In the heart of the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata – Nijar, we find this small rural hotel full of charm, it is not a luxury space but certainly an ideal place for a natural style wedding with impressive views. They also offer three spaces for the accommodation of the couple and guests.
